Gluten-Free GF Hazelnut Cookies Recipe
I think there are not enough cookie recipes on my page so here is a new vegan cookies recipe for you all! Vegan and gluten-free hazelnut chocolate cookies with chocolate chips. Better than choc chip cookies haha
The twins and I made these yummy GF hazelnut chocolate cookies a few weeks ago when we were quite sick with a cold and needed cheering up. Baking with toddlers (and especially 2) is a lot of hard work but I love that they love helping me in the kitchen at the moment.
These cookies are gluten-free (I have lots of GF recipes!), vegan, and as always low sugar. I used hazelnut meal to give them that delicious roasted hazelnut and chocolate spread taste!
