Easy delicious plant-based dinners recipes using Huva

I love testing and trying out new vegan products in my kitchen. I recently received a new range of products by a new brand here in Australia called Huva. 


Huva has recently launched a new range of plant-based products to make plant-based eating simple. They offer a diverse range of plant-based products that cover all meals and occasions – from breakfast and snacking right through to larger meals that will feed the whole family. Their products are all high in protein and as a nutritionist, I like that they are nutritious as well as convenient and tasty!

We have been loving their mueslis for breakfast and I recently tried their Hemp Falafel Mix and their San Choy Bau mix. They come as dry mixes and you simply have to combine the mix with water and a few extra ingredients and you have a delicious plant-based dinner. They are so convenient to have in your pantry (or camping trips!).

I made the San Choy Bau mix and added them to lettuce leaves as well as mint, sprouts and it was a perfect summer night dinner. (include pic) 
I then tried the falafel mix and used them to add to a big Lebanese type of salad with couscous, hummus, tomatoes, mint, red onion and cucumber. So good!! The falafels were a huge hit in my house!
