- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg (or vegan alternative)

- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9×5 inch loaf.
- Blend together bananas and sugar. Next, add 1 egg and slowly pour in the cooled butter.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture and stir in walnuts. Blend.
- Pour into the loaf pan and bake in the oven. Begin checking the banana bread after 45 minutes. Loaves are done when your inserted knife comes out clean.

- 1 15oz can Pumpkin puree
- 2 3/4 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs (or vegan alternative)
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 Nutmeg, ground
- 1/2 Cloves
- *optional dash of ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 C. Spray loaf pans with non-stick spray and flour all 7×3 inch pans.
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, oil, and milk. To avoid a mess in the kitchen, I ALWAYS add my dry ingredients in the same bowl. To ensure the ingredients are well-blended, begin by adding half of the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices and give it a GOOD stir.Next, add the remaining flour and stir until the mixture is well-blended.

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda

- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, 8 tbsps (Frozen) (or vegan alternative)
- 1 Egg (or vegan alternative)
- 4 oz Sour cream (or vegan alternative)
- 2 tsps Sugar
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
Instructions
- You will need to use the middle position oven rack; adjust if necessary. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 C).
- In a bowl, mix the first five ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda/powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl mix 4 oz of sour cream and 1 egg. Pour sour cream mixture into your large bowl containing the flour mixture. Use your hands to blend and lightly fold in the blueberries.
- Create 6 balls and then lightly flatten into the desired shape. Place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with 2 tsps of sugar. The dough should be about 3/4 of an inch thick.
- Bake for about 15 to 16 minutes or until lightly golden on top. Be careful not to burn the bottoms.
