raw cashews (NOT soaked)

melted coconut oil

vanilla essence

maple syrup

dark chocolate choc chips

unsalted pistachios
1/2
cup
fresh or frozen raspberries
1/3
cup
pumpkin seeds/pepitas
other toppings of your choice
Instructions
Melt the cacao butter buttons in saucepan on low heat.
Once melted combine the cacao butter with the cashews, vanilla, coconut oil and maple syrup in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a square tin lined with baking paper.
Top with all the toppings and store in the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
Keep in the fridge for up to one week.
