Cranberry Bliss Balls

Servings: 10 bliss balls


  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • dash of water or coconut oil if needed.


  • Blend the ingredients together in a high speed blender.
  • Then roll the balls into golf-size balls and leave to set in the fridge or freezer.
