Add in the flour, flax seed meal and oat milk and combine together.
Next, add in the baking powder, gently folding it in and leaving the batter to air.
Fold the chocolate chips in gently in. Don't over mix.
In a hot pan cook each pancake by adding 1 large spoon of batter in a pan with a bit of avocado oil or coconut oil spray and flipping them after 1 minute. Serve them warm with maple syrup.
