Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mashed bananas
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour (whole-wheat flour)
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 3 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
  • maple syrup to serve

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  • Add in the flour, flax seed meal and oat milk and combine together.
  • Next, add in the baking powder, gently folding it in and leaving the batter to air.
  • Fold the chocolate chips in gently in. Don't over mix.
  • In a hot pan cook each pancake by adding 1 large spoon of batter in a pan with a bit of avocado oil or coconut oil spray and flipping them after 1 minute. Serve them warm with maple syrup.
