1/2cupapple sauce (mashed banana or vegetable oil)
1tspvanilla essence
1 1/2tspbaking powder
2tbspflax seed meal
1/2cupdark chocolate chips
1/2cupfrozen or fresh raspberries
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper;
In a bowl combine the flour, flax seed meal, baking powder, coconut sugar, vanilla and stir.
Pour the soy milk, maple syrup, apple sauce and fold in to combine.
Add in the raspberries and chocolate chips and fold in gently.
Pour the dough in your tin, top with raspberries and chocolate chips and place in the oven to cook for 50 minutes or so until cooked through and golden.
