Ingredients

rolled oats

cup
medjool dates

tsp
ginger powder

cinnamon powder

tbsp
maple syrup
1/2
tbsp
water or coconut oil
Instructions
Blend the dates and oat in a blender with spices then add coconut oil and maple syrup and roll until it forms a sticky dough.
Roll into bliss balls or make raw little gingerbread men with cookie cutters.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container or in the freezer until Christmas time!
