Nut Free Vegan Ginger Bread Bliss Balls

Servings: 12 bliss balls


  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp water or coconut oil


  • Blend the dates and oat in a blender with spices then add coconut oil and maple syrup and roll until it forms a sticky dough.
  • Roll into bliss balls or make raw little gingerbread men with cookie cutters.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container or in the freezer until Christmas time!
