Ingredients

hemp seeds or hemp hearts

rolled oats

dates (Medjool)

coconut flour

cacao powder

melted coconut oil

maple syrup

tbsp
water if required to make it sticky

vanilla essence
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a food processor.
Press the dough in a loaf tin with baking paper. Top with more hemp seeds and press down.
Place the slice in the fridge to set and slice into bars. Keep the slice in the fridge for up to one week.
