Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup roasted pumpkin or 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 300 ml plant milk
  • 1-2 tbsp date syrup (or sub for maple syrup)
  • handful Ice cubes
  • 2-3 tsp pumpkin spice mix or make your own: (1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ginger and 1/8 tsp ground clove) - add more or less

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together, pour and enjoy.
