Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips Loaf
A delicious healthy vegan recipe combining peanut butter and chocolate chips!

- 1 1/3 cup wholemeal wheat flour
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanut flour or almond meal
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar or raw sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cup plant-milk of choice
- 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
In a bowl combine all the ingredients together. Do not over stir.
Pour into your tin and add extra choc chips on top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
