Starbucks Copycat Recipes: Banana Nut Bread
This bread freezes very well and works for a breakfast on the run.

- 1 cup Ripe bananas (about 3)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg (or vegan alternative)
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted & cooled (or vegan alternative)
- 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x5 inch loaf.
Blend together bananas and sugar. Next, add 1 egg and slowly pour in the cooled butter.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture and stir in walnuts. Blend.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake in the oven. Begin checking the banana bread after 45 minutes. Loaves are done when your inserted knife comes out clean.
