Claire Power is a qualified plant-based nutritionist living in Orange NSW. She offers online consultations for people living in Australia and overseas. She specialises in weight loss, plant-based nutrition, vegan families, vegan pregnancy and raising children on a plant-based diet.
Her focus is on helping people adopt a healthier lifestyle through eating more plants and making sure clients do not suffer from nutrient deficiencies. Eating diverse plant-based meals, not cutting out carbs or fruit and reducing oils are some examples of recommendations she gives to clients for healthy plant-based nutrition.

What is covered in a nutrition consultation?
Her nutrition consultations include:
- an overview of your goals,
- health history,
- an assessment of your current exercise, anxiety, sleep and digestion
- an assessment of your current diet.
- She then asks you questions to get to know your eating habits
- check for potential nutrient deficiencies.
After the consultation you get a personalised action plan with 3-6 key recommendations and changes for you to make to improve your health. You also get a personalised plant-based meal plan to help implement these changes.
I know only offer nutrition coaching packages offering 3 hour consultations for the cost of AUD $300:
This package includes 1 initial consultation of 90 minutes, a follow up 30 min session 2 weeks later and a 60-minutes follow up- 1 month or 2 weeks later to check on progress. I find doing a minimum of 3 sessions is important to get any real progress and life long changes. The package also includes 3 personalised meal plans and 3 action plans with personalised nutrition recommendations.
