My name is Claire Power and I am a qualified plant-based nutritionist living in Orange NSW. I offer a limited amount of online consultations for people living in Australia and overseas. I specialise in weight loss, plant-based nutrition, vegan families, vegan pregnancy and raising children on a plant-based diet.
My focus is on helping people adopt a healthier lifestyle through eating more plants and making sure my clients do not suffer from nutrient deficiencies. Eating diverse plant-based meals, not cutting out carbohydrates or fruit and reducing oils are some examples of recommendations I give to clients for healthy plant-based nutrition.
As a mother of three, I am also very passionate about children’s nutrition especially for children eating a vegan or predominantly plant-based diet. I have been working with many women and plant-based families to help their children thrive on a vegan diet.

What is included in a nutrition consultation?
My 1:1 plant-based nutrition consultations include:
- an overview of your goals,
- health history,
- an assessment of your current exercise, anxiety, sleep and digestion
- an assessment of your current diet.
- overview of your eating habits and lifestyle demands.
- check for potential nutrient deficiencies.
After the consultation you get a personalised action plan with 3-6 key recommendations and changes for you to make to improve your health. Also you get a weekly plant-based meal plan to help implement these changes including new recipes tailored to your own eating habits and goals.

This Vegan Nutritionist Online package includes :
- 1 initial consultation of 90 minutes,
- plus: a follow up 30 min session 2 weeks later
- plus: a 60-minutes follow up- 1 month or 2 weeks later to check on progress.
I find doing a minimum of 3 sessions is important to get any real progress and life long changes. In addition, the package includes 3 personalised meal plans along with 3 action plans with easy and simple plant based nutrition coaching advice.
