In my Picky Eater 1 on 1 Coaching program I will work with you in a 90 minutes consultation to work out what foods your child/children like and not like and talk about strategies, meal ideas and other tips to increase the range of foods your child will like. After our consultation, I will give you an action plan and a meal plan.
I know toddlers can be tricky, I have 3 of them! Some picky eating behaviour is normal. All toddlers will have some foods they don’t particularly like. However, my goal when working with you is to increase this food list and for your life to be easier as a mum by only having to cook 1 meal for the whole family which gets eaten and enjoyed by all with no drama at the dining table! In addition, I want you to have confidence that your child is getting the nutrition he needs and is building a healthy relationship with food.
In conclusion, For my Picky Eaters Program I am only charging AUD$99 for the 90 minutes consultation and I will only take 10 families per month to be able to give you more time and energy. This is available worldwide via skype or facetime.
