I have been making and enjoying these cranberry bliss balls for a few years now, and they were overdue to be featured on the blog!
These cranberry bliss balls would be perfect for the festive season as a healthy snack or treat. I have made them in the past at Christmas time for a healthier treat amongst all the chocolate!
I think they make a great healthier treat to bring to the table at Thanksgiving or Christmas.

So with that in mind, this recipe for cranberry bliss balls is only 4 ingredients! And takes just a few minutes to make.
Made with just dried cranberries and cashews these bliss balls make a great snack for kids (click here for other kid-approved snack recipes).

How to make the cranberry bliss balls:
Cranberry Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- dash of water or coconut oil if needed.
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients together in a high speed blender.
- Then roll the balls into golf-size balls and leave to set in the fridge or freezer.
To make my bliss balls nut-free you can sub the cashews for 1/2 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut.
