With this course, my goal is to help other families raise their children fully on a vegan diet and help them thrive in the long-term. I know first hand that it can be daunting raising children on a vegan diet due to the fear of nutrient deficiencies, not feeling confident enough and being confused at knowing exactly what foods and nutrients to watch out for.
I wish this course had been around when I first became vegan 4 years ago so I would have been able to take the plunge for myself and my family instead of worrying about making my twins transition to veganism.
